The leading Italian provider of connectivity via FWA technology, announces that Guido Garrone will supervise the internally redistributed activities of the Chief Financial Officer while retaining his position as Chief Executive Officer.
Guido Garrone joined EOLO in 2019 and has served as Chief Technology Officer and Strategic Board Member. From April 2022, Guido Garrone served as Co- Chief Executive Officer of the Network Division and from September 2023, he was appointed sole Chief Executive Officer of EOLO.
The Group and its shareholders thank Paolo Percuoco for his contribution during his time with the Group and wish him continued success in his future professional endeavors.
